"Hey Joe Just a quick note to update you on my progress as a forex trader. I mailed you a while back saying I had read a couple of your books and things were now starting to make sense. (you changed my life). I am now planning my strategies very carefully around a combination of daily extremes, options barriers (massive engineered areas on resistance, as you well know), other areas where FX brokers report large numbers of resting orders. This I combine with economic annoucements and overall market sentiment. I have a good level of confidence in these levels as the big players throw such a lot behind protecting them they are rarely broken. When they are broken it is usually down to an economic announcement coming in far away from it's estimate. Well I am gaining confidence and have made money 3 days in a row now. Your books on how to trade are an essential part of this. I will never look at another technical indicator again, i will get a good fill and take small profits out my 1st lot, i will keep a log and improve myself! I am working on being a bit more patient with my entries + 2nd lot exits right now, i.e. (getting really good fills). Just thought you would like to know. Keep well and thanks again for those books, your advice in "how to win trading stuff" has changed my life."

Hi Joe, I received your books, and reading TRADING IS A BUSINESS I realized it takes a lot of courage to write that. Congratulations. Because it tells the truth, and truth always hurts. Maybe because we compare reality with our imagination. Surely our fantasy world is a lot nicer.

Dear Mr. Ross,

It is thanks to you that I am nearly prepared to enter the futures markets.  I am so grateful to you for your honest, practical and extremely valuable teaching and that is why I am writing to you now.  I want you to know how much I value what I have received from you.

I have received your training through your books:  Trading is a Business, Trading the Ross Hook, Trading by the Book, Daytrading, Trading Spreads and Seasonals, and audio, Trading Order and Power Strategies.  For now, my greatest emphasis has been upon the first two.  I have paper traded the plain vanilla Ross Hook for a year, keeping a log of my reasons and results.  I am now in the process of writing my overall trading plan with regard to that experience and in preparation for live trading. 

I’m sure I’m terribly slow compared to your other students, but I feel very much on my own up here in Alaska.  I don’t travel and therefore don’t attend seminars or get much exposure to the trading world.  I hope I don’t get clobbered when I make the transition from sim-trading to live trading.  I admit I’m a bit scared, but I am confident in your methods and I’ve been impressed with the importance of having a plan and sticking to it.  Hopefully, a healthy respect for the market, regard for your dependable methods and a good dose of discipline will supply a stable base from which to begin.

Whatever my results, you have my sincerest thanks for all you have done for me and continue to do for traders.  You make the world of trading a better place and, I am sure, the world at large as well.

Hi Joe,

I would just like to express my opinion and thanks for your E-Book "The Law of charts" & "Traders Trick Entry". I have implemented your information in the past week on my 'Forex Demo Platform' to your exact application. Only trading the London and US market opens i have added $1200 to my account with a 100% profit & accuracy on 6 trades and no losses. Had i have been a little less timid in holding my trade longer this amount would have been at least 3 times the $1200. Im still working on that part of my trading.
